Koumandareas murderer arrested

The killer of author Meni Koumantareas is in the hands of Police. The suspect is a young Romanian 25 years old, who from the first moment after the murder was on the list of police suspects.
Specifically, the 25-year old Romanian Stefan S., was arrested yesterday in Victoria Square.
Initially he said nothing to the police, however, after long interrogation he confessed that he was in the home of Menis Koumantareas in Kypseli and after intense words exchanged he pushed the 83-year old author tto his tragic death.
Menis Koumandareas was found dead in his apartment in Kypseli on the 4th floor, on 3 Zakynthos Street on 6 December. At the same time Police are searching for another 29 year old Romanian, who allegedly was an accomplice of the offender in the murder of the writer.
