Tsipras: My Greece will not harm Europe
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
With the title "My Greece will not harm Europe" the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera hosts an article by the leader of SYRIZA, Alexis Tsipras, who points out that our country is facing a historic turning point.
"SYRIZA is not, just a simple hope for the Greek people. It embodies the expectation of a change sailing throughout Europe, which will not overcome the crisis without a profound revision of the policy options. The victory of SYRIZA will give new impetus to the forces that are fighting for change. Because, after Greece reached a dead end, today's Europe is going to have the same end," wrote the President of SYRIZA adding:
"SYRIZA is no longer considered a risk, as in 2012, but a challenge for change."
In another part of his article the leader of the opposition in Greece, says: "Samaras has nothing to offer other than enslaving the teachings of a harmful and missed austerity, which imposed on Greece new tax increases and cuts in wages and pensions, adding to six years of sacrifices."
