Greece garners 812.5 mln euros from T-bills

Greece, on Wednesday, successfully auctioned a six-month Treasury bill issue draining 812.5 million euros from the market at a higher cost.
The Public Debt Management Organization said the interest rate of the issue was set at 2.75 pct from 2.30 pct in the previous auction of same issue in January 7. Bids submitted totaled 813 million euros, 1.30 times more than the asked sum of 625 million euros.
