Passenger ferry "Melina II" with a seven member crew is adrift due to mechanical damage and in bad weather, in the sea area near the island Rineia, off Mykonos.
According to the Greek Coast Guard, the ship was not on a route and was empty of passengers, moored in the area. Due to strong winds blowing in the region the anchor ropes broke, hit one of the propellers and shut down one machine.
Two cargo ships are rushing to help the ship.
