Commission refutes allegations of a draft plan

Yanis Varoufakis' assertion concerning a draft plan by commissioner Pierre Moskovisi is refuted by the commission as reported by Reuters citing the European Commission official.
According to the agency, Commissioner of Finance Pierre Moskovisi presented to Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis' ideas for discussion "and not a plan.
Financial Times journalist Peter Spiegel wrote on twitter that "For those looking for a draft by Pierre Moschovisi, I learned that there is none. It was more of a statement of principles on which both sides agreed."
