Unity government not out of the question says ND MP

“There will be no tolerance from New Democracy. The party will examine and decide,” said ND MP Gerasimos Giakoumatos speaking on Parapolitika radio.
He stressed that ND is not to be taken for granted by anyone and the party's wish is that the country is not destroyed.
Mr. Giakoumatos also noted that ND calls for a compromise and for the government to save the country as the economic crunch is great.
However the government he opined that the movements of the government are leading the country to “the rocks” and for this reason he stressed that the involvement of ND in a government of national purpose, for a limited time if requested is a given .
Regarding the Kammenos proposal for co-exploiting of hydrocarbon reserves in the Aegean with the USA, he said that these are not serious things.
