Troika's Completes First Meeting at FinMin

The initial meeting between the leadership of the finance ministry and the troika took place in a friendly climate.
"No discussion of the fiscal gap, and how this will be covered, took place, and the level of prerequisites for the next tranche were not covered," said a finance minister official.
The next meeting of the two sides is scheduled for Friday night.
During the entry and exit of the troika from the ministry, suspended staff from the development ministry attempted to enter the finance minister's office, and one citizen was taken into custody for throwing coins at troika rep Poul Thompsen.
During their exit, Messrs Thompsen and Mors were taken out through the basement, as they were being awaited by cleaning women also put on suspension.
