Municipalities of Zakinthos, Rhodes and Hersonissos are taking precautionary measures against drunk Britons, in order to avoid any extreme behaviors during the summer.
Mayor of Hersonissos Mr. Giannis Mastorakis said to megatv.com that bar and club owners of Hersonissos will serve drinks only inside the clubs and not outside.
According to information, there will be fines of 500 to 3.000 euros for drinking alcohol on the road, from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
In the past hordes of young Britons visit the specific areas committing all sorts of extreme acts in public after overconsuming alcohol.
