Merkel: 'Substantial exchange of views'

German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Thursday upon her arrival at the EU Council said that she had a "substantial exchange of views" with Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras on Wedensday.
Merkel said that she has the feeling that there is willingness for close cooperation between Greece and the institutions. The German Chancellor also expressed her hope "everything to be made in the right way."
