Eurogroup approves 7 bln euro bridge loan
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
The Finance Ministers of the eurozone agreed in principle to offer a 7 bln euros loan bridge to Greece, according to Bloomberg.
The decision is expected to be announced on Friday after the technical details are completed and the national parliaments vote in favour of Athens' agreement with its creditors.
This development augurs the lifting of the forced bank holiday that has kept banks closed and strangulated the market.
