- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
The prior actions that Greece has to pass into legislation on July 22 do not include the measures to discourage early retirement or taxation for farmers, which will be included in a later bill in the first week of August, according to government sources late on Monday.
Meanwhile, a draft bill was tabled in Parliament late on Monday night containing provisions of the specific commitments arising from the agreement at the July 12 summit, namely the adoption of a Code of Civil Procedure and the transposition of the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD) into national law.
