Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, on Friday speaking in Parliament, stressed that the government did not have any plans of exiting the eurozone.
Tsipras replied to a question of PASOK leader Fofi Gennimata regarding the recent statement of former Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis on a Plan B.
The prime minister explained that when the partners were talking about a Grexit plan, the government ought to prepare itself. Therefore, he had asked the then Finance Minister to draft a defence plan for the country in case of emergency.
The PM also stood by Mr Varoufakis and his actions, despite making an aside about his former minister's choice in shirts.
