Greece repays €3.4 bln to the ECB

Greece made a €3.4 billion loan repayment to the European Central Bank (ECB) on Thursday after having received funding from the European Stability Mechanism (ESM).
The ESM approved the bailout deal for Greece on Wednesday and disbursed the first loan tranche of €26 billion to Greece.
