Greek authorities gain full access to bank accounts

The bank accounts of Greek citizens will be open to access for finance ministry investigator, the fiscal crimes police, as well as corruption prosecutors.
Full access to bank accounts is possible following an order signed by caretaker Alternate Finance Minister Tryfon Alexiadis that was published in the government gazette.
The decision extends and modifies bank accounts records system and will cut through red tape in otheripending issues.
The new regulations will facilitate terrorism and organized crimed investigations.
