- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
A few hours before the expiration of the immediate arrest warrant for the offense, there has finally an arrest for the assault against New Democracy MP Giorgos Koumoutsakos yesterday, outside Parliament.
As has become known, the person arrested is a young man from the suburb of Ilion, who was born in 1993.
At the same time, the police is on the trail of the young man with the hat, who also appears in the images beating the MP in front of a platoon of riot police.
This second young man has been identified and sis being ought for arrest, just before the expiry of the deadline of in flagrante delicto.
If the perpetrators are not arrested within the limits, then the process will take a long time and using legalistic tricks the perpetrators will manage to slide from the hands of the law.
As has been shown many times in the past in similar incidents, the perpetrators may even spontaneously turn themselves over and without risk of going to prison after following the instructions of their lawyers
