FYROM raising fence on border with Greece

With bulldozers and tractors FYROM is raising a fence on the border with Greece.
As "Kathimerini" notes FYROM forces are already shaping the space and opening holes to put stakes, over which barbed wire will be strung and thus block the main avenue of refugees arriving from Greece.
By "closing" the border with Greece, FYROM is trying to prevent possible closure of borders by other countries on the route north, or limiting the number of refugees they will accept.
