- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
According to German newspaper Die Welt, the progress made by Greece regarding the implementation of reforms has been slow and as a result the completion of the first program review may not take place until summer 2016.
Citing EU officials and a report by the German Embassy in Athens, the German newspaper highlights the slow progress made on setting up an independent privatisation fund, one of the key pillars of the ESM program agreed in July 2015.
