No issue with 2015 ENFIA, say FinMin sources

There is no issue of changing the 2015 Uniform Real Estate Ownership Tax (ENFIA), Finance ministry sources said on Thursday regarding the ruling of the Council of State.
The Council of State, Greece's supreme administrative court, on Wednesday officially published a ruling that obliges the government to issue a ministerial decree that revises the tax valuations of real estate throughout Greece - according to which taxes and other payments are calculated - backdated to May 21, 2015.
The most probable scenario is that the Finance ministry will proceed with the revision of real estate valuations in 2016 as the procedures have already started.
