Museum Robbers Sentenced

The accused for the robbery at the old museum at Ancient Olympia were found guilty. The robbery took place on 17 February 2012 and was uncovered on 14 November of the same year.
The court handed out a seventeen year sentence to the 41 year old that was the main person behind the crime. The man had attempted to sell a gold ring from the Mycenean period, which alerted authorities.
Two more defendants got seven year sentences, while two more received sentences of six years apiece.
The sentences cannot be appealed and they were all led to prison.
