- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
Prime Minister of France Manuel Valls, Minister of Finance Michel Sapin and Secretary of State for European Affairs Harlem Désir are scheduled to visit Athens today.
The French Prime Minister will meet his Greek counterpart Alexis Tsipras and will be received by President Prokopis Pavlopoulos. The refugee crisis and the help that France may provide will be on the top of the agenda.
Aside from support to Greece, this visit will provide the opportunity for setting a “road map” of bilateral relations. The two Prime Ministers are expected to reach an agreement on strategic cooperation between France and Greece.
