Three beautiful old mansions in Pelion privatized

Three magnificent mansions in Pelion, famous for their architectural style, which functioned as hotels, were sold by the Hellenic Repubic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) after a bidding procedure.
Revenues for the HRADF from the sale of the three mansions in Pelion totaled EUR 900,000 and were included in the tendering process with counteroffers right through an internet site. The cjosen bidder was Fanalsight Investments Ltd, but also an individual who bought the mansions at Makrinitsa and Milies. The buildings are:
Mansion "Xiradakis" in Makrinitsa Pelion bid of 417,000 euros.

Mansion "Mousli" in Makrinitsa with a bid of 290,000 euros

Mansion "Evangelinaki" Milies Pelion Panagiotis Garoufalia bidder with a bid of 198 600 euro.
