New timetable for the Pylos Marina tender

A new timetable for the tender for the Pylos marina was announced by Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund.
According to the indicative timetable of the second phase of the tender procedure for the granting of the right to use, operate, and manage the Pylos marina and part of Pylos port, the HRADF notifies the Preselected Investors that:
On October 27, 2017, the virtual documentation room will be closed and the filing dated October 30.
Marina Pylos is located in the central and northeast part of the coastal zone of the city of Pylos. Based on the new General Program Plan, which is under the approval of the competent authorities, Marina Pylos will have the capacity to berth 129 vessels from 8m to 30m in length.
The land area of Marina has an area of 32.195m2 and, according to the General Schedule, the proposed building factor is 20%, while the coveage r rate is 30%.
