Bomb destroys furniture store in Marousi

An explosion at 4 in the morning at a furniture store on 107, Kifissias Avenue, in Maroussi caused a great deal of damage .
The explosion caused great material damage, both to the furniture store and to nearby shops, and it was necessary to close Kifissias avenue's right-hand traffic lane towards Athens.
Security cameras caught image of persons placing the explosive device as well as the instance of detonation. The perpetrators arrived and left on a motorcycle.
One of the two men wearing helmets gets off the motorcycle, leaves something at the entrance of the shop and then moves away with his passenger at high speed.
