Erdogan: More rhetoric against Greece and Cyprus
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
Recep Tayyip Erdogan once again selected to use aggressive rhetoric against Greece and Cyprus.
The new threats by the "sultan" come after the meeting of the National Security Council of Turkey. In particular, he argued that Turkey would defend the rights of Turkish Cypriots and Turkey in the Aegean and Cyprus by all means.
The National Security Council under Erdogan examined a number of issues, among which, as mentioned, the Aegean and Cyprus. The announcement speaks of Turkey's rights in the Aegean, as well as the rights of Turkish Cypriots, and here the Turks make a very aggressive reference. "We will protect these rights by all means," the announcement says.
The announcement:
"The Council also provided information on developments in the Aegean and the Eastern Mediterranean and in this regard the Council reiterated its determination to protect in all possible ways the rights and interests of our country against initiatives aimed at the benefits of Turkish Cypriots and Turkey ".
