The Florina security police have launched an investigation to identify those responsible for pulling up 105 border markers marking the border line between Greece and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) from their foundations.
The pyramidal markers were pulled up and left at the scene, police said, along the border line between the village of Mesokampos and that of Achlada in Florina. Prosecuting and military authorities in the area have been alerted.
