Terrorist murderer Dimitris Koufontas has been given his sixth consecutive furlough from prison.
The man who went under the pseudonym "Loukas" as a member of the 17 November organization requested and got leave from the agricultural prisons of Volos, where he is detained, so he would be out of prison on Friday and for 6 days (4 days leave plus two days for his travels), and therefore will celebrate the new year in his home with his family.
Prison once again said yes to the man found guilty in participating in 12 murders, for having respected the terms of previous licenses.
According to the law, every two months, prisoners are entitled to apply for a new permit, provided they have faithfully adhered to the prison council's mandate to grant their leave.
It is recalled that a few weeks ago, the Council of Appeal of Piraeus said "no" to Savvas Xiros, another member of 17 November who applied for release for health reasons.
