State arrears to the private sector down in November

State arrears to the private sector fell by 147 million euros in November to 1.847 billion euros, from 1.994 billion in the previous month, the Finance Ministry said in a report released on Wednesday.
Pending tax returns totaled 734 million euros in November, up from 627 million in October. Social insurance funds' arrears eased to 709 million euros in November from 799 million in October, while state hospitals' arrears rose slightly to 482 million euros from 476 million over the same periods, respectively.
