Knowledge of "Macedonian" criterion for Intelligence hirings

The Ministry of Citizen Protection announced 302vacancies for EYP (National Intelligence Service) and one of the criteria is knowledge of the "Macedonian" language.
Specifically, the Government Gazette dated February 14, 2019, leaflet number 4, refers to the "Announcement of Filing with a Mixed System of Objective Criteria (points) and Evaluation of Special Qualifications, 302 Vacant Ordinary Positions (Branch WG, TE and DE) of the Intelligence Agency."
"Macedonian," as it calls the South Slavic language, is among the foreign languages candidates may have to apply, as is mentioned in the Gazette. It concerns the fifty-six (56) positions of the PE7 Translators-Interpreters-Hearings branch.
After signing and ratifying the Prespa Agreement, although the government claimed that the Greek side does not recognize Macedonian as a language of the neighboring country, it does not seem to be the case, as it is mentioned in the specific Gazette issue (page 5).
