No bids submitted in PPC's tender to sell lignite-fired power plants
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
A second effort by Public Power Corporation (PPC) to sell its lignite-fired units in Megalopoli and Florina ended without any results as no bids were submitted after completion of a deadline in an international tender on Monday.
PPC's board will meet on Thursday to declare the tender procedure annulled. The previous tender was annulled because of the low prices offered.
