Omnibus development draft bill passes Parliament with 165 votes

The government's omnibus development draft bill passed in principle in the Greek parliament late on Thursday night, supported by ruling New Democracy's and Greek Solution's combined 165 votes in a total of 287 MPs voting.
Main opposition SYRIZA, KINAL, the Communist Party and MeRA25 voted against it as a whole. SYRIZA requested a roll-call vote on each article and on a ministerial amendment relating to local government.
