Greece has the Turkish-Libyan MOU in its hands

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Turkey and Libya is currently being studied at the Greek Foreign Ministry.
How the document, which has caused tensions to rise between Greece and Turkey, came in the hands of Athens remains unknown. Some sources say Libya did not leak it.
