Greece - Thyssen settlement agreement for Type 214 submarines

The dispute settlement agreement between the Hellenic Republic and ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems (TKMS) and HELLENIC SHIPYARDS SA (HSY), was signed yesterday, as announced by the Directorate-General for Defense Equipment and Investments.
The signature of the agreement came with the implementation of the National Defense Ministry's bill recently passed by the Parliament on Excess Materials for Navy submarines.
