Two antiquities that had been illegally removed from Greek territory at an unknown time were repatriated from Bern, Switzerland.
Specifically:
A fragment of a stone inscription with alleged origin in Kos (end of the 3rd - beginning of the 2nd century BC)
A fragment of a marble Ionic colonnade with alleged origin in the ancient Agora of Corinth (1st - 2nd century AD)
The objects were delivered by Swiss citizens, in autumn 2022 and spring 2023, respectively, to the Archaeological Service of the Canton of Grisons (Canton des Grisons), which documented their Greek origin.
