Yannis Vardinoyannis assumes post of Motor Oil Board President

Yannis V. Vardinoyannis will assume the post of president of Motor Oil S.A.’ board of directors, according to an announcement conveyed to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission on Monday and following a same-day convening of the board.
He succeeds his father, Vardis, who passed away last week at the age of 91.
Yannis Vardinogiannis already serves as CEO of the refinery and petrochemicals concern.
Georgios Prousanidis joins the board of directors as a non-executive member and as its vice-president.
The term of the newly announced composition of Motor Oil’s board of directors has a duration until the next holding of a general assembly and until a decision for the election of a new board of directors’ composition.
