Prince Nikolaos of Greece and Chryssi Vardinogianni will wed in a private ceremony in Athens next week, the former Greek royal family announced.
The wedding will take place on Friday, February 7th, at 6 p.m. at the Church of St. Nicholas Ragkavas in Plaka, according to a statement on the family's official website.
Nikolaos, who held the title of prince before the abolition of the Greek monarchy, and Vardinogianni, a member of a prominent shipping and business family, have maintained a largely private relationship.
The wedding is expected to be a significant social event, drawing attention from Greek high society and international circles.
