A police operation by the Attica Crime Investigation and Prosecution Directorate has been underway in Menidi since the early morning hours.
The operation was implemented to tackle crime in Western Attica.
The 17 arrests relate to electricity theft (8 arrests), failure to produce an identity document (1), drugs (3) and disturbance (5)
