- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
Former finance minister Giorgos Papakonstantinou will be called to appear and answer questions at the special supreme court inquisitor Iosif Talaganidis, on the issue of the Lagarde List, after Easter.
The inquisitor has also called Mr. Papakostantinou's cousins, whose deposits were stricken off the list, suspiciously.
The former minister is facing two counts of felony (infidelity to a state agency, and adulterating a state document) and a misdemeanor (negligence of duties) as concerns his handling of the Lagarde List.
The inquisitor has attached testimonies from cases of non-political persons linked to the list
