Fans Clash in Mesollogi

Serious incidents between Panathinaikos and Olympiakos fans took place Friday evening at a central street of Mesologgi.
Panathinaikos volleyball players were in Mesollogi for friendly games, when a group of the team's fans moved against Olympiakos supporter's club offices, in the downtown area, near the local courthouse.
According to the local press the Panathinaikos fans numbered around 150, many from other towns. Around 10-15 Olympiakos fans were on the roof of the offices.
Rock and stick throwing, and launching of flares followed.
Initial information speaks of one youth from Arta in serious condition who has been taken to Patras University Hospital at Rio.
