A massive file compiled by Greek Police was forwarded to the prosecutor after his arrest in central Athens that includes five criminal charges.
An Athens prosecutor on Thursday evening read terrorist Nikos Maziotis, arrested Wednesday after a shootout, a series of charges against him and unknown collaborators covering the time he was wanted by police.
A massive file compiled by Greek Police was forwarded to the prosecutor after his arrest in central Athens that includes five criminal charges and a series of misdemeanors.
Charges read to him include, among others, repeated attempted manslaughter alone and with collaboration by others; illegal firearm possession; violations related to explosives; holdups while in disguise, one of which resulted in grievous bodily injury; participation in a criminal organization; stealing of and falsification of official documents; and arson.
