New finmin secretary general announced

The finance ministry, presented its new general secretary Tasos Anastasatos, through an official announcement on Friday.
Dr Tasos Anastasatos, until recently Senior Economist at Eurobank, will be taking over the position of Ms Christina Papakostantinou.
Dr Anastasatos got his MA and PhD from the Univeristy of Warwick in the UK after graduating from International and European Economic Studies School at the Athens Economic University. He has served as an economist at the Bank of Greece, lecturer at the University of Loughborough and visiting member of the Athens Economic University.
His research has mainly focused on international macroeconomic and fiscal policy, as well as Greek economy structural and fiscal issues.
