The arrest of 53-year-old multi-award winning author of children’s literature Vassilis Papatheodorou on charges of child pornography has shocked the literary world and parents across Greece.

A 17-year-old student accused of possessing and distributing child pornography online was arrested at his home in Mykonos island by officers of the Hellenic Police's Cyber Crime Division, police sources told Athens-Macedonian News Agency on Thursday.
