The European perspective of the Western Balkans and the strengthening of regional cooperation were at the centre of a Greece-Bulgaria-Croatia-Romania foreign ministers' meeting held in New York on Tuesday afternoon. The ministers discussed enlargement issues concerning North Macedonia and Albania.
