The heads of the Greek affairs group in the House of Representatives (Hellenic Caucus) are calling for the State Department to exert pressure for the release of the 5 Greek Cypriots who continue to be detained in the Turkish-occupied areas of Cyprus through a letter they sent to US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

Turkish Cypriot businessman Asil Nadir passed away yesterday (9/2) at the age of 83.
