"The reactions on the part of Europeans are too mild so far against a country that has violated the international law," Parliament Vice-President Nikitas Kaklamanis said on Sunday in an interview with the Athens-Macedonian News Agency (ANA). 

With a narrow majority and a handwritten deletion the government finally passed the contentious articles of the multi-bill concerning, among other things, milk and banks.

Aris Spiliotopoulos announced his candidacy to run for Mayor of Athens, with the backing of ND, with just a few minutes difference from Nikitas Kaklamanis, who will run as an independent candidate.
