The favorable climatic conditions contributed to an excellent year for vines on Samos, with Muscat taking center stage for its rich aroma.

Prime minister Antonis Samaras will be visiting Malta and Italy on Monday, 21 October, in the framework of an initiative regarding illegal immigration. The visit will also encompass issues pertaining to the assumption of the EU presidency by Greece in January 2014.
