The head of the Russian Railways (RZD) said there are no claims on behalf of the company concerning Greece’s organization and conduction of a tender to sell stakes at its national railway network TRAINOSE, its rolling stock operating company ROSCO and Thessaloniki Port.

"The company has paid for 'sins related with the past and with thirds" noted Professor Filippos Tsalidis managing director of TRAINOSE in an interview with AMNA on Wednesday.

Greece’s privatization agency TAIPED on Thursday announced that Italy’s state railway company Ferrovie dello Stato was the preferred investor for the acquisition of the 100 percent of the shares of rail company TRAINOSE.
