Alternate Foreign Minister Militiadis Varvitsiotis met with Russian Ambassador Andrey Maslov in Athens on Thursday.

Alternate Foreign Affairs Minister Miltiadis Varvitsiotis on Tuesday met with Ambassador of Kuwait to Greece Saud Faisal Al-Daweesh, with whom he discussed closer cooperation between the two countries, emphasizing investment prospects and tourism. 

The strike of the Greek Sailors Federation, which is on for two days has been extended for a third one. The decision was taken today after a meeting between the Sailors Federation officials and members of the Passenger Shipowners Union to talk about the signing of a collective labor agreement.
