Former defense minister, Akis Tsochatzopoulos, released from jail just a few days ago, is again faced with charges that he will have to answer to.
Swiss authorities who came to Greece to receive testimonies in the case of kickbacks for the supply of the TOR-M1 missiles, yesterday visited Akis Tsochatzopoulos in jail.
The court has accepted the proposals made by the prosecutor handing Akis Tsohatzopoulos a sentence of 20 years in jail.
