The five-day occupation of the Athens Law School by anarchists ended yesterday afternoon revealing serious damage from vandalism to the building.

Yannis Milios notified his resignation from the Economic Policy Department of SYRIZA with a post on Twitter in which he wrote: "Department of Economic Policy, farewell. With gratitude for the appreciation, companionship, trust."

The debate on the humanitarian crisis bill continues in Parliament for a second day on Wednesday. A roll-call vote, asked from the Golden Dawn party, to approve the bill in principle will take place at 12.00. The voting of the bill is expected to be concluded late on Wednesday.
