Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras stated that the government will launch a national dialogue on the major open national issues as well as on the social cohesion during his interview to the Sunday edition of Ethnos newspaper and Avgi newspaper.

The television debate of Greece's political party leaders which was broadcasted on public channel ERT ended shortly after midnight on Wednesday. SYRIZA leader Alexis Tsipras admitted that his coalition government wasn’t able to implement part of the pledges he had made before the last elections, but added that the battle to change things will continue.

The explosive situation caused by stranded refugees and migrants in the neutral zone in the borders between Greece and FYROM was normalizing on Sunday, after FYROM’s border officials allowed 4,000 refugees to enter the country.
